All Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. (Orders received after 5pm will be queued until the next business day)

Cost
We utilize USPS for all shipment, to ensure fair and accurate rates to our customers. Orders totals over $199 (prior to discounts) are eligible for Free Shipping. 

Status
You will receive a tracking # via email once your order has shipped. Please check your junk/spam folder, and make sure that we are on your Safe Sender List. If you have not received a tracking # and shipping update after 3 business days of purchase, please email us at info@ScienceSupps.com

Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for typos or incorrect addresses. Please ensure address accuracy when you place your order. If order is returned to us from carrier due to incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to update address and re-send. We suggest you utilize our built in address verification tool to minimize any risks.

Lost or Damaged Package
If you have any issues with lost or damages packages, please contact us immediately and provide as much detail as possible (pictures of damages, screenshot of tracking history, etc.). We will work with you and/or USPS to investigate and fix the issue.

 Orders totals over $199 (prior to discounts/sales) are eligible for Free Shipping. All other orders will be charged a variable shipping rate based on their order size and destination location.
